TrustnGo does not directly use any advertising, audience-measurement or tracking cookies. No consent banner is therefore shown on our pages: the cookies set by trustngo.tech itself are strictly necessary for the site to work, and are exempt from consent requirements.

NEXT_LOCALE: set by trustngo.tech

• Purpose: remembers your language choice (French/English) so it isn't asked again on every page
• Duration: 1 year

Cloudflare Turnstile security cookies: set by challenges.cloudflare.com

• Purpose: distinguishes a human visitor from a bot when submitting the contact, quote and newsletter forms, to prevent automated submissions
• Duration: session

Calendly cookies: set by calendly.com, only if you click "Book a call"

• Purpose: this click opens a scheduling window provided by Calendly, which may set its own session, security and audience-measurement cookies. Calendly manages consent for these cookies itself, within that window, independently of this site; see Calendly's privacy policy
• Duration: as set by Calendly's policy

3. Your choices

The cookies set directly by trustngo.tech (NEXT_LOCALE, Cloudflare Turnstile) are strictly necessary and placing them does not require your consent. You can still block or delete them at any time from your browser settings ("Privacy" or "Cookies" menu). Blocking the language cookie does not prevent browsing: you will simply be asked to choose a language again. Blocking the Cloudflare security cookies may, however, prevent forms from being submitted. Calendly cookies are only loaded if you open the scheduling window; your preferences for them are managed from within that window.

4. Updates to this policy

This policy reflects the cookies actually in use on this site as of its last update. We will revise it if the site itself were to start using new cookies, in particular audience-measurement cookies: a consent mechanism would then be put in place in line with applicable regulations.
